If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods for an exchange number. All items, including sale items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of your goods being received. In order to return goods, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods for a returns number. We will not accept items returned without a valid returns number. We will not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty goods and will not accept returns for items that are not in their original condition (see below for what constitutes original condition). All items are thoroughly checked prior to despatch, we advise customers to check goods on receipt, and definitely before removing the tags. bod & ted will refund the original card used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
The refund includes the full value of the items returned but excludes postage costs. bod & ted is not liable for the cost of returning items and the item is still your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods and that you always retain proof of posting. Please include your returns form with the item. We strongly recommend you return items in a watertight plastic bag. If any discount was applied to your original order any items returned will be refunded at the discounted price. Returning goods in original condition.
When returning clothes or footwear please make sure that when trying items on you are not wearing any make up, deodorant or perfume which might in any way leave a scent or mark on the item. The item must be returned in any original packaging with all tags still attached and must not have been worn or washed and must be in the condition it left bod & ted.
