How would you describe your style?

I’m definitely more of a dress than trousers girl, in fact a good 90% my wardrobe is dresses. But having said that I don’t tend to go for things that are too fussy. I also tend to stick to what suits my shape so if there is a trend that just doesn’t work for me I won’t buy into it.

What designers are you particularly fond of?

I really like Roland Mouret. His collections are always very elegant and classic but encorporate a modern twist that keep them current and fresh. In particular I love the way his pieces blend power dressing with femininity.

Is there a particular trend you are buying into this season?

I’m loving all things peplum this season. I like the way that it is a feminine yet structured design. It is also a really flattering shape on most women. I’ll definitely be stocking up on some key peplum pieces.

What was your biggest fashion faux pas?

As a child of the 90s I’m sure that there were a few but the one that springs to mind is the trouser-skirt. And yes my best friend and I had matching ones!

I’m addicted to the By Malene Birger gingerbread candles!

What is your favourite bod & ted piece from this season?

Definitely the Toki & Nabi Parot top which is sold out now! Not only does its slightly looser fit and fun print make it the perfect top for summer but its bang on the bird print trend that has flocked to the catwalks this year.
