Trend Report – Bags – Little or Large?

Now we all know the importance of a great bag for putting the finishing touch to an outfit. Let’s face it, you could be wearing an old rag, but add a fabulous bag and who cares?! But bags themselves are clearly not a trend, let’s be more specific. This season is all about two things, little or large. Which will you go for?!

We have noticed two extremes running through many collections this season when it comes to bags, and there doesn’t seem to be much of a middle ground. Some are all about the phrase  ‘go big or go home’, but for others of you out there you’re sticking to the favourite  ‘good things come in small packages’!

Our latest brand 1951 Maison Francaise are perfect for those of you who want something that will work from day-to-night. Just the right size to fit all of your essentials, the optional chain strap means it works well for a shopping trip or coffee with friends. You could even pop it inside a large tote to store all of your necessities in! And of course it is a great little evening number, especially when used as a clutch. We love the textured zebra and leopard styles, but you can’t go wrong with a classic nude or midnight blue either!

Our favourite scarf brand Becksondergaard started branching out a few seasons ago, adding bags and small leather accessories to the collection. Their leather totes are a must-have piece for this season! Crafted from the softest leather with a feature panel of either faux-croc, leopard print or black, they are the perfect holdall for when you’re on the go! The only problem is…which one to choose?!
