festival fashion – coachella 2015
As the first big festival of the summer, all eyes are on Coachella to see what trends are going to be seen on festival fields all over the world. As always, lots of celebs descended on Palm Springs to have some fun in the sun whilst showing off some seriously cool threads! There was an abundance of fringing, cowboy boots, denim cut-offs and flower garlands…which while I’m sure are going to be popular at festivals all summer, we were drawn to these slightly more understated looks. Here are our top 5 best dressed from Coachella 2015!
While most of us, when packing for festivals, make sure not to take anything with us that we would cry if it got muddy (hello English rain!), Diane Kruger is not most of us. She took in the Coachella scene this year in a dress from Equipment, £700 Valentino sandals and a £2000 Jason Wu handbag (named after the star herself!). I bet she’s not camping! Diane is always a fixture on our best dressed lists and for Coachella she is in at #5.
#4 on our best dressed list is the beautiful Jamie Chung, who let’s face it, would look good in a binliner! She is the ultimate in casual cool on the field at Coachella wearing a Bless’Ed Are The Meek Sweeping Vines dress with boots by Aska. We love how she’s got some killer festival accessorising going on, without overdoing it!
This picture, posted on Rosie’s instagram, could not really make us want to go to Coachella any more! This Chloe dress is something else (if only we could all wear Chloe straight off the runway to festivals!) – it just screams summer – and she’s accessorised it perfectly with a Coach Dakota bag. She’s our #3!
In at #2 is a joint effort from two lovely ladies who have already made it onto the list on their own too! Pictured together at the Coach Backstage Party, Kate Bosworth is wearing all white accessorised with some gorgeous tan sandals. Wearing another Equipment shirt and the Coach Dakota bag (a popular choice at this years Coachella!) her outfit looks effortless but very put together, all at the same time! With a matching Coach Dakota bag, this time in tan, Rosie is showing off those endless legs in a Coach skirt and Saint Laurent boots – we love!
Here she is again…Kate Bosworth…our #1 best dressed from this years Coachella! We love the styling of her white Kempner t-shirt dress with this AMAZING navajo-inspired Etro jacket. Her Coach Dakota bag and self-designed boots give a nod to the 70s vibe and give the outfit a Western-inspired look without looking too try hard!
Until next year!
