The Off the Shoulder Viscose Crepe Gathered Dress is new for this season and is a  frilly and feminine dream.  The dress is ruched with elastic at the waist with a boning bodice to provide structure to a otherwise fluid shape.With exposed shoulders, wide sleeves and a low scoop back, this fully-lined sun dress closes with a zip and is finished with a tasseled belt for a bohemian finish.
