Returns policy

Whilst we hope you will be very happy with your bod & ted purchase, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. In order to make a return, please follow the instructions below. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us on info@bodandted.co.uk or call us on 01892 526700 to check whether the product is available. You can either send your return to the bod & ted Returns Department at the address below, or return your goods in person to the bod & ted store, both within 14 days of receipt. All items, including sale items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of your goods being received, we will not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty goods and will not accept returns for items that are not in their original condition (see below for what constitutes original condition). All items are thoroughly checked prior to despatch, we advise customers to check goods on receipt, and definitely before removing the tags. bod & ted will refund the original card used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

The refund includes the full value of the items returned but excludes postage costs.

During the extra 20% off sale period, all items are non returnable.

EXCHANGES

Please email us at info@bodandted.co.uk or telephone 01892 526700 if you wish to exchange an item so we can check that we have the product in stock.

RETURNING MADE EASY

Returning made easy with a fee of £4 per parcel, which will be deducted from your refund when using our Tracked 48 Royal Mail Returns label. *this is available for UK customers only

1. Please go to your Customer Account, find the relevant order and click on RETURN ITEM.

2. Follow the steps

3. You will then receive an email to let you know your return request has been received. Please follow the instructions within the email.

4. Once we have received your return we will process your refund, deducting the £4 return delivery charge

When returning clothes or footwear please make sure that when trying items on you are not wearing any make up, deodorant or perfume which might in any way leave a scent or mark on the item. The item must be returned in any original packaging with all tags still attached and must not have been worn or washed and must be in the condition it left bod & ted. Please note that earrings and underwear are non-returnable.Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found www.hmso.gov.uk.
