Description

Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from Honest Toil, available in a light-protecting, dark 500ml bottle.

Expect a green oil with a peppery punch and grassy flavour. It has a fantastically low acidity of ~0.25%, due to it being early harvest "agourelleo" olive oil, and with a polyphenol count of ~540mg/kg, thanks in part to the long dry summer.

Honest Toil is a collaborative project based just south of Kyparissian in Messinia, Peloponnese, Greece.

Alongside their own trees, Toma & Juli work together with other local small-scale growers, supporting the traditional Messinia harvest, making sure that the oil on your table is produced & distributed in the most direct & sustainable way.

Cold-pressed right after harvesting, their oil is unblended, unfiltered & bursting with the simple goodness of crushed Koroneiki olives.
